2026-06-18 ~ creating COGs from the GeoTIFFs; the original download packages feature multiple files and are very large; replacing bounding boxes based upon GeoTIFFs, as they were frequently incorrect. We think these were georeferenced by East View - should confirm.

review 8/16/2026: These resources appear to be in great shape. Unlikely we need to update them for now. identifier of interactive data portal is different than code. closing ticket 130.

review 8/16/2026: these records have thumbnails. all spot checked links were working. because this is a historical collection, it seems unlikely that anything needs to be updated. I'm resolving this. -Cleo

Review August 2026: This resource leads to a single interactive portal, which you must access through a license portal associated with a university. The university of minnesota's is working just fine. The others will be checked later, during a licensing review (separate from this resource review). Updating last harvested date, closing ticket 109.

While the maps in this collection look great, many seem to have 2 copies each with slightly different names. Many of the resources are not maps at all, but land use/zoning/other documents. Review for duplicates, otherwise seems fine.

This set of 46 items was contributed while the library was still using Django. We enriched the metadata and shared the records in several places.
